not correcting my details with ITC timeously

im very frustrated at the fact that Getbucks is not assiting updating my details with ITC effectively, i made payment on a acc with them on the 16 February and since that ITC updated my details twice already and still it shows my Getbucks acc is outstanding. Now since this happend and because of Getbucks my credit score has dropped by 60 points. now even though this gets resolved ITC wont credit back 60 points... Right? they will increase my score with a mere 1-10 points, so i need to struggle again to get my score up again. <br> <br> now i have spoken to Michelle,mogadi etc but this is just going in circles and i'm simply not getting any joy i have asked to please send me proof of when you guys send the request to ITC to update my records and guess what they hung up on my conversation. Very bad service and i will certainly not recommend this service to any other consumer or atleast not from Getbucks. Im upset and very frustrated and want to get this finalised ASAP.<br> <br> Henrico Diederichs
