Non Updating of my credit record

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know as to why my credit record/history with Getbucks has not been updated with credit bureaus.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please kindly update my payment history of the loans that I have taken up and since paid up with your institution.
