Nobody knows anything

I hv 2 accounts and requested that the debit order be moved to the 15th Of the month (pay day). Instead the useless staff changed it to the 1st Feb 2015 when there was no money. They then handed the account to the equally useless Inhouse collections dept. A dr order was passed on the 16th Feb 2015 with an incorrect ref number. Another dr order was passed on the 1 march 2015. I tried to get them to refund one debit order but instead I hv received an sms that they hv submitted another debit order for the 13 th March 2015. THE USELESS Getbucks submit s debit order every time u want to be refunded. Don't use them!!! Warning!! Nobody knows anything including the receptionist, who does not know how to transfer calls!!
