No service at Getbucks

Getbucks is a terrible loan provider ive app**** for a small loan of 2400 and submitted all my documents electronically because its the quickest and easiest way according to them and you will have you approval answer within 4 hours its been more than 3 days now and im still waiting for my approval answer every day for the past 3 days ive talked to the live support team to try and find out whats the hold up and everyday its the same answers "all your documents have been submitted and you will be contacted before day end to finalize your application" i cant call it bad service because there is no service i hade to apply at a different provider in the mean time and if i can advise anyone rather use wonga you'll get same day approval and most probably same day payout.
