no service

went online, tried to upload documents, however the system just buffers continuously. activated the live chat, but waited 10mins for a consultant to reply. when she did reply(zinzi) she had no definitive answers. she then advised someone would call me back, and then after 30mins nobody had called me back. i then contacted the call centre and stayed on hold for 22mins, and when i eventually got through, they just hungup the call. then i go back online and activate the online chat forum. but again no response, nothing. now thats what i call terrible customer service. even after 3,5 hours of trying, still nothing.
