No Sense Of Customer Service

<p>Last week I app**** for a loan and was declined because my account is in arrears by 1 CENT. This is certainly not my fault as I ensure that the correct amount is debited. This error on Getbucks side, is preventing me from applying for a loan. It is disappointing that this service is so pathetic especially during this season. I am yet to hear back from anyone regarding this. Not even the live chat system has rep**** to me. </p>
