No response or assistance

<p>I have been requesting a paid up letter from Getbucks since 4 January 2017 and none of my requests have been answered either with the online chat or to my e-mails. Getbucks is very quick to debit the account when the loan is repayable but cannot provide confirmation that the loan is paid up or to update the Transunion ITC records.</p>
