No response on emails or telephone
<p>I had an account with Getbucks. Unfortunately I had to go on debt review. I paid off the account almost 2 weeks ago and emailed proof of payment and requested a letter to show the account was paid off. No one rep**** to the email to date. I tried calling the debt review department several times but there is no answer. Can someone please just give me what I have requested PLEASE! </p>
