No response. None whatsoever

It is really frustrating that every time one needs to complain here to get a response from this company. If its not VERY late loan payments, it is no response from anyone. I have sent through numerous emails to numerous people from last Friday trying to find out why PAID UP loans dating back from 2017 and 2018 are still showing on my credit record. I explained how negatively it is impacting on my credit score but no one is getting back to me. My credit is a mess because of this. I need answers!
