No RESPONSE

I have always been offered loans from Getbucks, sms's, app updates, emails etc.<br> <br> i go on the other day to check my profile after recieving my credit report from Getbucks, a service i pay R25 a month for.<br> <br> the rating given there has increased month on month. but when i check my profile online the same day - get bucks rates me as a negative person and all upon a sudden i cant get credit.<br> <br> I call in to the CS department and spoke to Michelle, after 30mins of up and down conversations, comparisons between credit report received over last 8 months vs GETBUCKS online credit report, she agrees they dont match up. she is unable to have a supervisor or anyone assist me as its 16h30 that afternoon and they haev all left.<br> <br> Promises someone will get back to me next day - 2 weeks later, my credit risk profile is still incorrect, i still cant apply and i still haevnt recieved a call.<br> <br> I have sent two emails to GETBUCKS and had no response there either - very disappointing and to think i advise my staff, friends and so on to use them when they strapped for cash.<br> <br> Probably will advise them on Yuppie Cash or Wonga in future.
