No response

I have been trying to call the call center to try to get a paid up letter, conveniently their lines are always busy.......when i tried to contact them via their their live chat system, there was no response, only an automated response telling you that their still busy. I have sent more that 2 emails requesting a paid up letter but i have still not received any kind of response. The service is pathetic i must say, I also work with clients and the most decent thing to do when you are still busy with a query is acknowledge that you have received it. I hope i never have to deal with this company again, I'm not even sure if i will receive any feedback now since they are so good at ignoring client requests.
