No Refund - Daily calls and emails. No feedback

Good day<br> <br> I have been trying to get a update on my refund from Getbucks for the last 2 weeks<br> <br> I have contacted the collections department at *** querying about the refund with the ***.<br> <br> My account shows R -867.67 in arrears for almost to months now and I want to know what is going on.<br> <br> They promise to call me back but never do.<br> <br> Can someone please help me?<br> <br> Kind regards
