No refund 12 days after loan settle

I settled my account on the 15th of October. On the 25th my normal debit order went off.<br> <br> I have no money for my other debit orders to go off because they will not refund me. <br> <br> They say it takes 10 days max for the settlement debit order to reflect on their side. Well its been 12 days. <br> <br> When I called, I'm told the lady working with refunds is not in today and tomorrow so I have to wait????<br> <br> There goes my credit record because someone took a day off. Really? Only one person who does refunds?<br> <br> Even if they pay me my money back on Thursday, I would have had those debit orders bounce already and my very good credit record is flushed down the toilet! <br> <br> I thought I was doing a good thing by settling my account.<br> <br> Once I settled an account with Wonga and immediately my profile was updated. Just pathetic and by the time they pay I should jump for joy and thank them?
