No promised feedback on outstanding loan payout

No feedback on follow up of loan payment, even after posted on Hello Peter.

Reviewed their bad service with regards to non payout of loan on Hello Peter yesterday and within minutes got a phone call to inform payout will be investigated, escalated, updated, communicated and eventually proof of payment will be forwarded. " I will keep you updated"

No response to my mail since late yesterday, phoned now and was informed no progress and no payout lined up.

Besides not being paid, the so called communication is also non existing. (If I was updated this post wouldn't have happened)
