No payout with poor excuses???

The funds were supposed to be paid out on monday its thursday now and stull no payout. you contact them everyday and everyday its the same excuse their accounts department have issues??? Guys come on this is really poor service you send a client sms saying it will be paid out soon???? please I need feedback or a date when this payment will be done
