No Payout STILL WAITING
My loan was approved on 27th and I am still awaiting payment, even after receiving an SMS that the funds would be deposited soon and worse i use FNB. The whole premise of borrowing is to deal with emergencies and unexpected expenses, but that is a concept that this company does not understand. Once you've completed all admin on your side, their service and communication just turns bad, they keep saying they are trying to resolve the issue but do not given an exact timeframe as to how long that will take. Dissapointed
