No payout since 10 November 2018 - But debit order collected

I transferred the amt from my wallet on the 10th of Nov. To date there hasn't been a payout and debit order ran on my account last week. I have been calling at-least once a week in the last 4 weeks with same response: "It has been escalated" ; "My supervisor will look into it" etc. No communication to me, it has been me calling all the time. Feedback promised not done. Your damage control efforts are non existent and service is appalling. Frustration is an understatement.
