No Payout on Loan

Loan approved and was promised payout by the next day - have been chasing them on all platforms for 4 days and getting told different things. They say it is being done manually and was supposed to have been paid 2 days ago then they say they cannot tell me when it will be paid. For a company to advertise same day payout and to lead people to believing this so that they choose to take out finance with them only for them to make the customer beg and chase for the money is absolutely appalling. I am very disappointed in Getbucks.
