no payout no communication

I app**** for a loan on saturday and was approved. Today is tuesday and after numerous calls, sms's and emails I have still not recieved the money. What is worrying, is that online it shows that I owe get bucks the money. When I queried this, the response was that my application was DECLINED. I need somebody to get back to me ASAP as I am now stressed about I need and now have to pay money I have not even recieved.
