No payout for over a week!

Getbucks service is really getting pathetic and unacceptable. I took out an emergency loan on the 28th or 29th of October it was approved and yet today the 11th of November I still have not yet recieved my money. I have called it countless times and kept getting told they have technical issues and having backlogs but that I would receive my money shortly...I spend almost 10 to 15 minutes on the phone at tbe time trying to get through yesterday I asked to speak to management and got a hold of a supervisor I think her name is Katlego qho promised me that my funds would be in yesterday before 18:00 I asked her if she was sure as I have not paid my rent yet and cant keep comming up qith stories based on their feedback she promised me it would be in...but again nothing...I cant even get through to the call centre today and cant even take out another loan because this one ia reflecting on my name even though I dont have the money...plus I am being charged intrest on money I dont have which I will be taking up legally if im forced to . Please can someone from Getbucks managment asap!
