No payout due to system issue that has been going on for 3 weeks

I just spoke to one of the consultants that just told me that GetBucks has been having this Technical issue for 3 weeks now. I app**** for my loan a week ago and still waiting for funds in my wallet till now…but what makes me angry is the fact that they processed my loan knowing very well that they have a system issue and they never bothered to make me aware of the delays… that’s not nice .
