No payout as promised
I app**** for a loan on Monday, 28 October 2019. I received sms confirmation that my loan has been approved and would be paid into my bank the same day. I then later chatted to Tarryn from Customer Care and was advised that the money would show in my account on Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest.
Well ... it is now Wednesday and no money.
Please advise urgently.
