NO PAYOUT AGAIN . TWICE
THIS IS NOW THE SECOND WEEK IN A ROW THAT YOU GUYS ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH PAYOUTS. THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE AND THIS CANNOT BE A ISSUE WITH THE BACK CERTS AGAIN AS LAST WEEK. THIS IS A MUCH BIGGER ISSUE . YOU GUYS ARE APPROVING WITHOUT PAYING OUT AS STATED .
