No payout after 4 days

I took out a loan with Getbucks on Friday, and at 14:00 I received the contract via email and a sms saying my loan was approved. It is now Tuesday and still no payout. Getbucks pride themselves in saying they payout within 30min. If I knew it was going to take this long I would never have used Getbucks. All feedback I have got since Friday is \we experiencing delays with payouts
