No payment of loan

I app**** for a loan with getbucks yesterday. Promised that payment would be made within an hour. Nothing happened. If they know they are experiencing delays why not warn people when they apply? Now my second part is also upsetting. When a person applies. You get charged from the date of application to payment date interest on your loan. So when your loan is not paid out on the day your interest should not be charged from date of application but from date of payout? So with these payment delays we should be getting discount on our interest?
