No payment, backlog issues? Definitely no payment in minutes

I app**** for a loan yesterday and was approved. However still no payment? Now I am told there is a backlog and they have only catched up to 14 March. I need this by tomorrow and can't apply at a different place because this reflects on my credit record. They do not live up to their promise of having cash in minutes.
