No one at the call centre during office hours

<p>I have tried calling 3 times selecting a different option each time and holding for no less than 5min each time just to get hold of someone, but the the automated system says that mailbox 1020 is on the phone and i need to leave a message and straight after that it says the mailbox is full and cant accept new messagesa and ends the call. I have tried selecting sales (no.1), Customer care (no.2) and accounts (no.3) and get the same response everytime.</p>
