No help

Recently took out a loan with get bucks . I normally get an sms for the debit order as to when it will go off. The sms states the 23rd, but when I check my transaction history they always debit on the 22nd which by then I don't have funds in my account and it results in returned debits that I get charged for around R150. I called and asked and that person couldn't help me . It happened again. I can't afford paying extra charges for returned debit orders over 1 person's incompetence .
