No funds yet

I have app**** for a loan since last week monday and as they advertise that their loans takes 1 hour to pay out,till today i havent received any funds.I spoke to 1 of the consultants in the morning regarding this by the name of Nonhlanhla and she tells me that my 1st installment is going to be deducted next week thursday but i dont understand how coz i havent received the funds as yet and i have been waiting forever.I am confused and frustrated.
