No Funds released after four days

Could you guys fill us up as to why it's taking so long to have funds released to your clients. I've been waiting for four days now and still nothing to show for it. We use your services because we are in emergency situations and you've been reliable over the years. Your live chat staff take forever to reply to our messages and are rude as well.
