No Funds Received
App**** for loan on Thursday the 29th September 2022 and application was approved the same day, but today 6 days later still didn't receive the funds. Have been trying to call them but it sends me to voice mail. This company is becoming a joke as people only apply for loan when it's an emergency taking this long to pay is completely ***********.

07 Oct 2022, 06:32Your service is getting worse, received a call on the 05th October from lady called Lucy I really couldn't believe you have someone with so much poor telephone etiquette, no customer service at all but she is dealing with your complaints. She tried to explain what was delay but did not let me take in what she was saying as she did not let me talk. She did what seemed to be starting the application from scratch and promised the funds will be released same day, but till now I haven't received the funds with no explanation at all.
