No funds received !!!!!!!!

I have app**** loan with GetBucks . It was approved and they placed the loan amount in a Wallet which I transferred on to my bank account. They had issues and payments were only made later in November. I have not received any funds but they have my loan account as active with the 1st payment being due at end of this month. Please help me get my money from GetBucks because I desperately need it after I used the cash I had to close an account with them in order to get this loan. . I am a regular customer what is the point taking a emergency loan if there is an issue. They keep saying there are having account issues and payments are delayed. Please have my issue sorted out today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
