no funds received

<p>i have app**** for a loan with them as i neede money urgently due to doctors bills for my son i was approved and they said i will receive the funds the same day i admitted my son feeling a relive as they said i will have the money i still have received nothing and so i still have not paid the money to the doctors who is helping my son i have sent emails and phoned their excuse is that i am with Capitec and they have difficuilties paying the money into capitec clients accounts i have never found someone having that difficuilty and i always receive the money the same day if it is paid into my account regardless from which ever bank it is coming from.</p>
