No funds payment
And we are at this stage again to have to use this platform to get answers/issues resolved.
I app**** Tuesday morning for a top up loan. within 30 mins I received a call from a sales consultant how advised me professionally on suggests. All was completed and when the consultant ask where to place the funds I said bank account.
It is Friday, 4 days down and still now funds reflecting in account. calling help nothing as all what is stated "it is escalated" Emailing, you get no reply
Please rpovide feedback on when the funds will be paid

15 Nov 2019, 10:37Got a call before 08H00 from a consultant named Lunga. She confirmed the transaction and informed me that she has placed an instruction with finance to conduct payment on first batch as it is manually done. Lunga informed me that a Proof of Payment would be sent from her for confirmation. It is now 10H37 and nothing further. Not sure if it will be done today
