No Funds

I'm highly disappointed at service i received from GETBUCKS, app**** for load on Monday 15 April 2019 and sent all my documents on Tuesday 16 April 2019 but I still didn't receive the funds. I called them more than 10 times getting different stories. According to them they pay out loans within 24 hours but i had to wait for almost a week for funds to be paid out and im still waiting. Please advise when will i be getting the funds?
