NO FOLLOW UP

I'm really annoyed with Get Bucks because I have notified by emailing [Email Removed] that I lost my job. Could I get a grace period until I found work or make a payment arrangement. All I keep getting is a sms telling me that I will be put on ITC for being a bad payer when I am trying to let Get Bucks know of my situation at hand. What more must one do ?
