No feedback/communication

Still waiting on feedback re: an application that was done. A few weeks back I experienced the same thing but thought I’d try again in the hopes that all has been resolved. Quite clearly I am riding a dead horse because there is no answer to phone calls, emails, online chats etc. If an agent can look into this or call me, it would be great. I don’t want your lunch money or anything like that, I just would appreciate some customer service.
