NO ETA????

Once again, no ETA, this is really unacceptable! Seriously, it does not help sending a automated reply to someone if they complain and need an ETA, it seems getbucks just cannot get it right, the quickest to take the damn money but to give it takes the whole of Januworry! They pride themselves to the best solution in 3 hours, it has now been 4 days
