No contact and non existant consultants

I put in an application with this company and I kept getting asked to submit documents every time I called. Even 8 days later! I get system generated messages on their chat application and the 'I have escalated your application to a consultant' brush off. I don't understand how for the 4th time I am still be being palmed off to a consultant!
