No communication!

I have a loan with Getbucks that has been handed over. I called the agency that i was handed over,to get the outstanding amount and bank details. They provided me with the bank details. I did not pay the account and was then contacted by another agency that provide me with an outstanding amount of R6884.00. Unfortunately i lost the contact details with the bank details so paid R3000.00 into the bank account of the previous collections agency. I was then called to say that i should pay that amount into the bank account of the second collections agency of which i refused. I emailed over and over to ask can i please have the correct bank details to pay the difference of R3884.00. Up until today i have heard nothing. I would like to have this account off my credit report, but everytime the collections agency just email the agencies to get in touch with me of which they never do. There is no apparently i 4th collections agency involved. Don't they know it is ******* to sell debt!!!.
