No communication???

I app**** for a loan with Getbucks yesterday and have used them before, i know they have a 1-1.5 hour payout. i chatted to them online to find out what is happening, the female reassured me that all is well and will be paid out the afternoon, still nothing. I called this morning again and the female said within an hour or two, three hours later still nothing. I then logged online to chat to a consultant, this person was so sarcastic and all she said was \I dont know and i cannot"...if there is a problem can this not be communicated?
