No communication

<p>Getbucks definitly has the worst communication ever. For some reason there was a dispute on my bank statement and no one bothers to contact you and tell you about this. If i didnt follow up i would never know about this. They decreased my trust rating and also couldnt be bothered to let me know. Getbucks is the worst service ever and i would not recommend to anyone</p>
