No action. Just promises
Phone calls are hung up. Chat conversations are just exited by staff.
When you get hold of staff they just say they are busy and someone will get back to you. I have been trying since 25 January 2018 to get hold of someone to see what is going on with my application.
They are quick to incorrectly add interest or declare you in arrears and then when you mention it to them they do not even apologise. Seriously terrible service all around with this company.
