Nightmare with Getbucks

I have been sending you emails but without getting any help. I have one loan with you according to ITC my monthly payments to Get-bucks is R7476 instead of R1700 because you are not updating with ITC. I regret the day I decided to take loans with you because you don’t care about your clients. How many emails do I have to send before I get someone to help me, you run fast to update ITC when we take loan but you don’t want to take our names off when the loan are paid off. This is so unprofessional.

I asked for paid up letters via email because I want my lawyer to handle the matter as I am not getting any help from you but you didn’t even bother to respond except for the stupid automated useless reply.
