Nightmare to clear my credit record

Its my 5th attempt trying to get hold of getbucks to clear credit record of the loan I paid way back in January but still appear in credit bereau that I owe them. I want to apply for house finance but I want my credit score up to date. I am begging now please please update my ITC I am tired emotional now like it's been 10 months since I settled my loan now but still a nightmare
