Nightmare :(

I failed to pay my Getbucks account a while back due to firstly, no debit orders being set up on my account and then to me being unemployed for a few months. Last year May/June I was in a position to pay everything off once-off so I called for a settlement amount. I was told it would be emailed to me but nothing was sent. I ended up using the money elsewhere. I was contacted later on by a company called Bluestone to create an arrangement, of which I did. Today I received an SMS from Landau Attorneys saying that my file is with the court and the Sheriff will contact me. I call Landau this morning and explained. I spoke to Yolanda. She said she will check on the system for me but then said that they were offline and she would call me back. I told her I can't take calls, emails would be preferred. I gave her my email address and have not heard from her yet. I am very confused. I want to pay what I owe but Getbucks is making it hard for me too. All I want is a statement of what I owe and what has been paid so I can make an arrangement to pay it. I've requested this numerous times(today included). I don't appreciate the threatening smses from Landau. This was the first communication I received from them. Granted- if they tried calling me there is a good chance I wouldn't have answered because of my working environment, but there was no voicemail left or email sent. And I'm pretty sure a Letter of Demand needs to be sent before legal action is taken. I haven't received anything. I've been a bad payer with this account, I want to rectify it and I'm finding it near impossible to do.
