NEVER USE GETBUCKS EVER!!!

On the 16th of Oct 18 - I needed a cash loan as we had a terrible incident within our family and needed that cash urgently.

Getbucks had some backlog and they advised that id receive my funds within 48 hours, i waited 48 hours - i then called them and asked where my funds are and they advised 48 hours maam.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a day or two further, by then the family member had already passed away. and it was too late.

I requested an immediate cancellation and the removal of the loan, they kept telling me it will be " referred" every day since iv begged and pleaded for them to remove this off my name and profile.

still to this day the loanis loaded on my name and is on the ITC as an account in arrears.

I have since begged and pleaded every day and they have failed to remove this loan off my name! I did not receive the funds and my Credit profile is now in the negative and I feel helpless.
