Never use Getbucks!

I am furious at Getbucks. I have had loans with them in the past and have paid what I was supposed to pay every month - I paid via eft monthly as they failed to deduct debit orders from my account monthly as agreed.

Even though my payments were made every month without any exceptions, they listed me as a bad payer with the credit companies!

All my loans were paid off a while ago and I even sent them an email and also phoned their customer services department, demanding that they set the record straight with the credit companies, but after more than a month they still have not rectified the matter!
