Never subscribed to get my credit report

A R25 debit has gone off my account for a credit report that i supposedly signed up for. I never did however I am told I could have done it in error. That being the case I never received this credit report. I do not want this service how can I prove that i did or didnt sign up for this service? <br> <br> When i asked for a reference number one couldnt be provided <br> <br> <br>
