Never received my funds

I app**** for loan in Jan 2014. funds was never paid over into my account. However Getbucks started debiting my account. end of 2014 they contacted me for repayment. I communicated with Dianah and send trhough my bank statements as requested from them. Getbucks have an issue with the statements as the transaction date and process dates is different for the debit transactions. this has nothing to do with the payment not received. I want this transaction to be cancelled with immediate effect and my name cleared on Transunion with letter issued that I did not received the funds and I do not own them any funds, therefore I can not be held responsible for repayment.
